The product is free. The support is what you pay for.

We sell support services. STOR2RRD itself is licensed under the GNU GPL v3: freely downloadable, freely inspectable, and freely runnable in production. What you pay for is the support contract that backs your deployment.

The typical price for a medium-sized environment is between 5k to 7k USD per year. Customers with a support plan receive the Enterprise edition.
