SMI-S issue

as per Dell support storage firmware GT280R010-01 does not provide data via SMI-S API.

Solutions / workarounds

there are 2 solutions, select one of them

1. Upgrade storage to GT280R011-01
2. Switch STOR2RRD to use storage WBI API instead of SMI-S API

Note that new storage models do not support SMI-S at all, so only the way is 2).
